Investment management law firm CapstoneLaw bolsters its European reach with the arrival of Nesbit West as a Partner.

He will be based in Amsterdam and Zurich. Nesbit advises European investment managers on fund formation initiatives including governance, operational implementation and regulatory matters on a wide variety of strategies including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure and real estate. He leads LP fund and co-investment reviews including operational due diligences and portfolio investment transactions.

With more than 20 years of experience, he has forged relationships with leading private equity firms, pensions, public/semi-public investment institutions and insurance companies. The addition of Nesbit West follows the addition of Ronald Wijs and Bruce McKay in Q4 2021.
