Financial Services Ordinance (FIDLEV) – From distribution to offer

At its meeting on 24 October 2018, the Federal Council opened the consultation procedure on the three ordinances containing the implementing provisions for the Financial Services Act (FIDLEG) and the Financial Institutions Act (FINIG). The consultation procedure will last until 6 February 2019. The two laws, together with their ordinances, are scheduled to enter into force on 1 January 2020.
