The Suisse Romande Desk is focusing on fund structuring and fund raising for various semi-liquid and illiquid strategies including private equity, private credit, venture capital, infrastructure, renewable power, real estate, fund-of-funds, digital assets, investment due diligence and negotiations, financing as well as regulatory, operational, compliance and corporate matters for French speaking market players in Switzerland. Another focus area is executing Luxembourg private market funds and deals, in close collaboration with CapstoneLaw’s Luxembourg Desk.
The Suisse Romande desk is run by Albane Kropf. Albane was born and raised in Geneva and is a French native speaker.
