Albane Kropf focuses on all types of asset management, corporate, regulatory and finance transactions including domestic and international formation of funds and investment vehicles (regulated and unregulated, open-ended and closed-ended) on a large variety of strategies including private equity, venture capital, fund-of-funds, infrastructure, real estate, private debt, cryptocurrencies and sustainable strategies.
Albane Kropf assists asset managers, institutional and private investors, banks and other financial intermediaries with respect to corporate, marketing, operational and compliance matters, investment negotiations, due diligence as well as financing transactions. Prior to joining CapstoneLaw in 2024, Albane spent over seven years in Luxembourg as a corporate and alternative investment fund lawyer.
As a Swiss citizen, Albane Kropf was born and raised in Geneva. Albane Kropf holds a master’s degree in European banking and financial law (L.L.M.) from the University of Luxembourg (2016), a master of laws in international financial law (L.L.M.) from the King’s College London (2015) as well as a master’s degree in business law (2013) and a bachelor in law (2012) from Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, Paris. She also obtained a certificate of completion for additional courses on Luxembourg law (2017).
