We are delighted that Yasmine Sabeti Lange, attorney-at-law, Samuel Meyer, CFA and Gzime Shaqiri, legal assistant are joining CAPSTONELAW Zurich.
Yasmine Sabeti Lange joins as an associate partner and focuses on advising domestic and international companies, financial institutions, as well as individuals on a wide array of matters, ranging from corporate and transactional work to banking and contractual issues. Yasmine was admitted to the Bar of Geneva in May 2001 and holds a LL.M. degree from the Northwestern University in Chicago.
Samuel Meyer is the founder of Ayandee, a Swiss sustainability & technology advisor. Samuel will support CapstoneLaw’s ESG offering including the development of digitalized ESG reporting framework. Samuel studied at HEC Lausanne and HEC Paris, holds a Master of Science in Economics, and is a certified Chartered Financial Analyst.
Gzime Shaqiri supports our team on forming and distributing private and public funds (including direct funds and fund-of-funds), on investment management such as IM transactions and on compliance services. Gzime studies law at the University of Bern and expects to graduate in 2020. We welcome our new colleagues and are pleased to strengthen and expand our competences.
